Sugar-free banana and date clafoutis
This quick and healthy winter dessert will satisfy sweet tooth cravings. So easy even my husband could make this!  ½ cup cream (or coconut cream)
 2 eggs
 ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
 ¼ cup almond meal
 4 fresh Khasoie dates, pitted and chopped
 One large, ripe banana

Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan forced.

Whisk cream, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in almond meal.

Divide dates and banana between 2 x 1 1/4 cup ovenproof shallow dishes. Pour over cream mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden and set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
