I know there are a lot of brownie recipes out there but C'MON, MAN. You can never have too many raw love bites ... am I right? I don't have a whole lot to say about this recipe. I mean I think the title tells you everything you need to know: peanut butter. fudge. brownies. See? Just mix and chill with these deliciously easy, raw peanut butter brownies. Surprise your family and make them happy!
Raw peanut butter-date brownies
I don't have a whole lot to say about this recipe. Just mix and chill with these deliciously easy, raw peanut butter brownies.

 175 g almond meal
 454 g Rabbi dates, pitted
 35 g cacao powder
 60 ml maple syrup
 ¼ tsp salt
 70 g smooth peanut butter

Grease and line a 20cm square brownie pan with baking paper, allowing paper to extend 5cm over 2 opposite edges.

Process almond meal, dates, cacao, maple syrup and salt in a food processor until smooth.

Spoon the date mixture, alternating with peanut butter, into the prepared pan. Use the back of a spoon to smooth the top.

Place in fridge for 1 hour to chill. Remove from pan and cut into 20 pieces to serve.
