 Chia seeds
 peeled almonds
 Rabbi dates
 frozen bananas
 coconut oil
 water

Put chia seeds and almonds in a food processor and mix. Then add the dates and stir. Then pour the bananas in the food processor and mix again. Add coconut oil and water to the mixture and mix again.
The texture of the smoothie will change according to the size of your banana. So if you like, add some water to it to have the desired concentration. Serve the date smoothie immediately and enjoy it!
