Beat eggs, sesame oil, brown sugar and vanilla extract together.
Pour all-purpose flour, baking powder, cornstarch and powdered milk in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Then add the above ingredients to the bowl and mix.
Now add 1/4 cup of milk and knead. Pour the rest of milk little by little. Whenever the dough got consistent, stop adding milk. You should have a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Peel the dates and remove their kernels. Add cinnamon and cardamom powder and butter to the dates and mash them.
Take a small piece of dough and open it like a rectangular with a rolling pin. Put date dough on it and stick the edges of the dough together tightly. Roll it and push on it with a fork.
Bake it in a preheated oven to 190℃ or 375℉ for 15 minutes. Then turn on the grill for 5 minutes.
